Who We Are
GoTrack Sdn Bhd was founded in 2021 with a simple observation: for a truck or lorry operator, a tyre is never just a tyre. It's uptime. It's a delivery that arrives on schedule, a driver who gets home safely, and a fleet that stays profitable.
We built our business around that reality. Today, Go Track serves fleet owners, logistics companies, transporters and tyre retailers across Malaysia — combining product supply, emergency support and digital trade services under one roof.

A breakdown on the highway is a race against the clock. Go Track provides roadside assistance for commercial vehicles, supported by an established network of tow truck partners across the country. When a call comes in, we coordinate the response — dispatching the nearest available partner and keeping the operator informed until the vehicle is back on the road or safely recovered.

Refund & Return Policy
How we handle returns, warranty claims and refunds on tyres supplied and fitted by GoTrack Sdn Bhd.

1. Scope
This policy applies to all new commercial tyres, tubes, valves and related goods sold by GoTrack Sdn Bhd, and to fitting, roadside and delivery services performed by our technicians in Malaysia. By placing an order with us, whether by phone, email or on site, you accept the terms below.
2. Returns of unused goods
Unfitted tyres in original, resaleable condition may be returned within 7 calendar days of delivery, provided you have the original invoice or delivery order. Goods must be free of mounting marks, road wear, punctures, repairs and any applied markings.
- Returns approved within 7 days are refunded in full, less any transport cost already incurred.
- A restocking charge of up to 15% may apply to special-order or non-stock sizes.
- Once a tyre has been fitted to a rim or run on the road, it is no longer returnable and is covered only by the warranty terms in section 4.
3. Services already performed
Callout, roadside assistance, fitting, balancing and delivery charges are not refundable once the technician has been dispatched and the work has been completed. If a job is cancelled before the technician leaves our premises, no charge applies. If it is cancelled after dispatch but before work begins, a callout fee may be charged to cover travel.
4. Manufacturing defects and warranty
Tyres supplied by GoTrack carry the manufacturer's own warranty against defects in material and workmanship. Where a defect is confirmed, the manufacturer's assessment determines the outcome, which is usually a pro-rata credit based on remaining tread depth rather than a cash refund.
The following are not treated as defects: impact breaks, cuts, punctures, kerbing damage, run-flat or under-inflation damage, overloading, mismatched fitment, irregular wear caused by mechanical or alignment faults, and damage from improper storage or repair by third parties.
5. Incorrect or damaged deliveries
Please check goods on arrival. If we deliver the wrong size, pattern or quantity, or goods arrive damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will collect the goods at our own cost and either replace them or issue a full refund, at your choice.
6. How to make a claim
- Contact us on {{ hotline }} or email {{ email }} with your invoice number.
- Send photographs of the tyre, the sidewall markings and the DOT code.
- Keep the tyre available for inspection at our premises or by the manufacturer's representative.
- We will confirm the outcome in writing, normally within 14 working days of inspection.
7. Refund method and timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method or as a bank transfer to the account of the invoiced party. Credit-account customers receive a credit note applied to their statement. Please allow up to 14 working days from approval for funds to clear.
